UK Shipping
Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed from our facility in Adelaide, Australia within three business days after order confirmation. Estimated transit times outlined below commence once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is en route. Should tracking details not appear immediately, rest assured, as updates may take a moment to become visible. Please be mindful that the delivery times provided on our site are estimates only. Actual delivery durations may vary due to factors such as location, weather, holidays, customs processes, and other external influences.

For UK orders, we offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Our Standard shipping is the most economical, with an estimated transit time of 5–9 business days (not calendar days). With this option, DHL will hand the parcel over to Royal Mail or another local courier upon arrival in the UK. This may result in additional processing times, which are beyond our control. If you require your order more urgently, we recommend selecting Express shipping.
Our Express shipping option offers significantly faster delivery times, though it is priced higher. We do our best to subsidise this cost based on your order value to keep it as affordable as possible.
