I am not a fan of standard pin buckles on watch straps. They are difficult to get the right fit with, awkward to put on and take off, and ruin the strap after use. The awesome solution is to add the RM Style Deployment Clasp to your existing watch strap. This replaces the pin buckle with an easy to use deployment clasp. This is much easier to use, and taking on and off the watch is a breeze. Plus, the fit on the wrist is much better since the hidden part of the deployment clasp rests against your wrist and supports the watch and strap. I have deployment clasps on all of my watch straps, and this one from Artem is the perfect way to add one to a standard pin buckle watch strap!

I own several Artem straps with deployant clasps and I purchased an Artem Loop-less Deployant Clasp for a leather strap that came with a buckle. It totally improved the wearability and comfort of the watch.
