Shipping Policy
We cover all import fees, taxes, and duties on every order. If your carrier or customs authority ever asks you to pay an import charge, don’t pay it — contact us with your order number and we’ll settle it directly so your parcel is released. Already paid? Send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you in full, no questions asked. Either way, your strap costs exactly what you paid at checkout.
Orders ship fully tracked from our facility in Australia, dispatched within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way — if tracking doesn’t update immediately, it can take a moment to become visible.
